Einfache bis Mittelschwere Einsteiger-Tour von Von der Gehsteig Alm entlang des Geigenkammes bis zur Erlanger Hütte.

Start der 1. Etappe ist bei der Gehsteig Alm oberhalb von Tumpen. Dort gelangt man mit dem lokalen Hüttentaxi hin und erspart sich so viele Kilometer und Höhenmeter auf Forstwegen. Von der Gehtsteig Alm geht es links in einem deutlich schmäleren Bergweg weiter bergan. An der Gabelung links (dem Wegweiser in Richtung Erlanger Hütte folgen) in einer ansteigenden Querung über eine breite Rinne zu einem Bergkessel. Von dort führt ein wunderschöner, gleichmäßiger Höhenweg in Richtung Hütte. Im letzten Stück geht es nochmals bergan und kurz vor der Hütte ist noch ein Felsaufschwung zu meistern. Dieser ist allerdings mit Eisenketten entschärft. An der Hütte angekommen, genießt man das einzigartige Flair und lässt den Abend ausklingen. Ein Besuch am Wetter-See gleich oberhalb der Hütte darf natürlich nicht fehlen.

Der Wettersee oberhalb der Hütte darf auf keinen Fall ausgelassen werden. Wagemutige Wanderer und Naturfreunde wagen den Sprung in den kühlen Bergsee - ein Erlebnis das man so schnell nicht vergisst, mit Erfrischungs- und Regenerationswirkung inklusive.

Travel safe and comfortable with the train to the Ötztal Bahnhof train station. Last stop and exit point is the train station Ötztal Bahnhof. Afterwards you can travel smoothly and quick with the public transport or our local taxi companies through the valley to your desired destination. Directions

The car drive to the Ötztal valley. Situated in Tirol, the Ötztal valley set off in southerly direction and is the longest side valley in the Eastern Alps. The journey with the car leads you through the Inntal valley to the entrance of the valley and further on through the valley. Among the toll motorways you can also use the country roads.
